At Velasca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Your Return

  Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and the dust bag are included to protect the craftsmanship during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized collection point; once inspected at our Italian workshop, your refund will be processed immediately.
